Re: Cristoph von Feasel
Here is what I used, worked ok Chi-Chi P/S 2 2 1 Iron Starlette P/P 1 1 1 The unfortunately thing, maybe a bug is that while flurry can drop the squids shield in one round neither of Chi-Chi attacks do the same. If it did then this would be even easier since wild magic has a tendency to fall off due...

Re: Cristoph von Feasel
Narish, I watched your video and used your moves, 5 times I attempted it and 5 times I lost badly. There is tons of RNG in there so I have to disagree with the assertion that this is a fairly reliable strat. Reliable being about 4/5, I am at 0/5 assuming I do not use the carry at all since this is f...

Re: yay! Thundering spirit finally down
This is by far the easiest of the Pandaren pet dailies to carry even a level 1 pet since there is absolutely no chance of any damage to the carry pet. Breed 5 S/S Rabbit, ie Spring Rabbit (with critter stone applied), Grasslands Cotton tail is idea 2/2/1 flurry, Burrow, Dodge, Flurry till he is dead...

Re: Does anyone keep up with the Beasts of Fable dailies?
I do the pet fables most days for stones, and the smidge of valor once one of my toons is capped. There is no reason not to since I am running the regular pet dailies to level pets anyway. They are quick, reliable and often the fables pets are surrounded by other pets them if I need to finish off, o...

Re: Celestial Tournament 101 [Full tourney + 4 beasts tips]
What is funny is that by most of us you mean the 0.5% of the population of accounts that has actually gotten the title for the 4 celestial pets. :) That is according to a recent analysis by MMO-Champ. These threads are definitely still an incredibly valuable resource since they offer a variety of st...

Re: Battle Stones
I have gotten at least one if not 2 or 3 most days for the past week, so RNG is random I think. Keep trying.

Re: celestial tournament and hard-to-get pets
I would not put a Chrominius as a hard to get pet. The raid with the drop is pretty solable. Just try the raid, though you may need to run a quick attunement, since Chrominius comes only in one breed there is only the issue of having him drop. Even if he does not drop a lvl 1 can often be purchased ...

Re: Hit chance reduction definitely bugged.
I also think that hit reduction is subtractive, not a multiplier.
However hit and not hitting is always a little odd. I missed a laser beam shot yesterday, when it had a 190% chance to hit due to a 10% chance to hit reduction. How does that work?

Re: WASTEWALKER SHU
To add another post on this combo my carry pet strat for Shu is simply the P/P or Breed 4 Onyxia Whelpling with liftoff + carry pet + insert hard hitting mechanical. I use the darkmoon tonk, but any of the related mechs would work fine. The key is the lift off. Lift Off, combined with the heal, will...

Re: Replacement Pets For 5.2 Patch
I too rarely use the FFF, mostly for Obalis which is due for a nerf in 5.2 in any case. I also do not think that the Anub Idol is in any way dimished on the PTR. Reflect was cool, but as mentioned, not his only, or even best trick. I switched to the double shield a while ago and have not looked back...

Re: Sporeling Sprout Breed for Stone?
I ended up stoning the P/P or Breed 4 Sporeling. I need to play with him a bit more and see how I can make best use of his abilities. Any suggestions of pairings for him?

Sporeling Sprout Breed for Stone?
I have a couple of Humanoid Flawless Stones, I have my rare Breed 4 Kun-Lai Runt, Flayers (Breed 4/5 and 7 rare), Stunted Yeti (found one rare), Upgraded Peddlefeet, and need Children's week to come around to get my Wolvar Pup. So I was thinking of using one on a Sporeling Sprout. I have a Breed 4 a...

Re: wild pets with non-damage 1st attacks
I would also recommend the Vale of Eternal Blossoms as well as either the Darkmoon Zepplin, or the Mechanical Dragonling. Both have decoy to help that lvl 1 survive.
The fact that the Vale also has a high level of pets makes the experience very good, especially for the lowbies.

Re: My new Battle Pets blog
I find that my Emerald Proto-Whelp P/P is a solid pet against almost any of the trainers. It crushes flyers and can stand up to most anything else as long as it does not do a lot of dragonkin type attacks. I also use my P/P Emperor Crab extensively. I like them so much I got two. :) The combo of a b...

Re: Which mechanical to upgrade?
I am curious why the suggestions to upgrade the mechanical dragonling? I actually got a mechanical stone yesterday, already have an upgraded Mechanical Yeti.. His stats seem only ok for a mechanical given his breed. I know Decoy can be very handy to avoiding very hard hitting attacks. Basically what...
