Re: Your favourite low key PVP pet
I was working on the all mechs pvp achievement, and the MVP was absolutely the Mechanical Frostboar. Strong, fast, with decoy and a team heal. It became a fave real fast for me ;3

Re: Your First Pet Charm purchase
Decided to go “top down” so to speak. First two were the Accursed Hexxer and Lik’ Ben’fon. Takes a little restraint to save instead of buying cheap ones first, especially since they would really help get Hearthy sooner. But it’s a nice feeling that it’ll be downhill all the way. I did the same thin...

Re: Pet of the Month - Spring Rabbit
I love rabbits. The fact that they're very, very useful in a pet PvP environment just makes me happier. But I particularly enjoy coming up against this sort of critter with my own furry terror, a [pet]Darkmoon Rabbit[/pet]. They're not used to speed-tying, and the DMR is far less hindered by loosing...

Re: UV Search: to camp or to round?
I'm in the rounds camp myself (heh). There's nothing inherently wrong with either method, Its a personal preference I think. I preferred to chance it when it came to the Val'kyr, for example, and did a circuit between a few known spawn points. I found mine after a while all alone in crystalsong, in ...

Re: Battle with that pet
Woo, it took a while to get this done, but I've used the Emerald Turtle I've been given! I decided to go through the effort of waiting untill I got another aquatic battle stone so I could pick up an H/H version of the turtle because holy hot damn, that's a lot of health. Once I did, I decided to giv...

Sikoya, That [pet]Rascal-Bot[/pet] was a breeze to level - blind and a huge heal = practically unfair!
Ganicus, I am absolutely floored that you haven't gotten your [pet]Magical Crawdad[/pet] to 25. Its POWERFUL! Rectify!

Re: Third wheel for Bleed Team? Need suggestions
It's a tricky one to get a hold of, but I've used a Darkmoon Rabbit on my bleed team to great effect(I used a bleed team to get my stunted direhorn). Both of your other pets are pretty slow, while a high speed rabbit is practically unparalleled in that regard. It can set up bleeds for your other pet...

Perhaps they could set it so that you can only have one mega Epic pet on your team? It would add the additional game play element of choice in team composition - Do I want to use the epic rabbit? The epic crow? Epic anubisath?

Re: 5.4 PTR: Build 17056
Getting the celestial crane minipet is going to be the ultimate pet achievement for me- Ive got a lot of sentimental value in the Red Crane of Hope. Once upon a time I was a raid leader in a guild who named our four teams (three PvE and one PvP) after each of the celestials, and the Cranes were my p...

Re: Filthling
If you feel confident about taking on multiple adds at once and can tag an elite very quickly, there's a point on the ledge near the saurok camp on the south side, in about the middle of the pool. I sat there and crouched waiting for a spawn during a highly- contested time of day and managed to tag ...

Re: Known locations for Unborn Val'kyr
Any ideas on what the respawn time is? Is it better to camp a spot or fly around checking all the spots? I think it honestly depends on whether you want to deal with hours of waiting or luck. Camping seems like the "you will get it. EVENTUALLY" while circuts is a gamble. Personally, I don't have th...

I swapped in a raven with Call Darkness with my nuking fliers, but that didn't cut it at ALL. Ugh, this is painfull. Might have to give that cockroach stall a try.
*edit* Barely managed it after putting my Scourge Whelpling on the team as well. uuuggghhhhhhh that sucked

Re: Darkmoon Rabbit Inquiry and my thoughts
I personally like to use my S/S Darkmoon Rabbit against the Pandaren Earth Spirit - Its reliably able to take down the spirit itself with 6-700 health remaining (the dot ticks on it while I'm underground and dodging, making the damage more consistant), and it gets an extra strong attack against Slud...

I find the Emerald Proto-Whelp to be absolutely solid against fliers, but I intend to give Chrominius a shot as soon as I can.
