That sounds like a change. I felt like back in MoP the Gooey Sha-ling was the one you could get from LFR/normal, but you could not get the Droplet from LFR (that being why I got multiple of the former but only one of the latter; just did a lot of Siege LFR compared to the organized difficulties).

It will most certainly get fixed. It might not be fast because a tooltip only error is a low priority bug to fix, but it will get fixed.

The tool tip being off on Happiness hints that the whole project was rushed or understaffed.

Errors make it to release all the time, no matter how much effort they put into it. That's just game development.

Drop rate seems much higher for this achievement than past RWL achievements.

I see no reason to suspect that. We just have twice the chances with LFR being available for everything (and the raids are shorter/faster to get to).

The drops in this seem to be a higher percentage than in the past, plus the raids are fairly short, took 4 characters to get all of the pets for the achievement.
