Just wanted to share the teams i used to get through the new pet dungeon. This is far from optimized, but thought it might be helpful to some. Im not a 100% sure on this, but if you go into wow->WTF->account->AccName->Realm->CharName->Savedvariables , there is a bunch of .lua connected to your addons.
I would assume that is the file that keeps track of them, but i could very well be wrong.

It does, but you cant see the breed number ingame without some addon for it, atleast not to my knowledge.

It should work fine with npc scan, you just have to make sure you dont have the pet in the cache already.

Dont really think its an issue, i rarely use them, so i just dont hold on to them, i have 2 stacks on me, and should probaly just have 1, and just sell any extra i get.

Is there any chance the character you obtained it on is under level 10? The pet info is collected from the armory, and the armory doesnt show characters below level 10.
I have no idea if this could actualy have anything to do with it tho.
