This sure is making me reconsider the value of the menagerie pets I am getting with my alts. If these are not farmable on an ongoing basis they are going to be that much more scarce, and worth much more.

I think when they did the change down to 150 they also changed the behavior of the bag drops. I have never gotten a duplicate pet from my bags in the weeks since I've gotten them all.
