Wrong, if you use any wave against a trap it is removed but you trigger the effect as well. This is no counter move but you can decide when the trap goes off to eliminate the randomness

There is no swiss army knife or jack of all trades pet. You can start with valkyre, cast CoD +1 dmg cast, switch to a switcher eg fiendish imp, cast immolation and switch the pet with CoD out, switch back to valkyre and depending on hp, your opponent will switch in another pet, but it should be poss...

You can push it even further, qiraj guardling in s/s with stun+ sandstorm and a direhorn with shield, your opponent will likely do sth like 500 dmg in 5 turns, sandstorm + shield block lots of attacks and after the shield runs out, stun cooldown should be ready

You should really try Trihorn Shield on Stunted Direhorn it even blocks Bombing Run thus also avoiding the bomb explosion that "cannot be avoided" ... it is just ridiculous.

It is lame as hell but until 5.4 hits, just spamming charge will win you most matches, and using shield even annoys more.

Advantage of p/s is, that the humanoid racial continues to heal during Sandstorm in contrast to s/s but unless you are annoyed by anub idol, i strongly recommend s/s.

Why bothering with primal cry, pygmy direhorn is fast enough in most cases, and the shield even blocks strong multi attacks like batter, turrents etc the shield is way over scaled, it blocks up to 280 dmg.

If you set up shield during sandstorm, you get like a 100 Dmg per attack ... ridiculous

My bunny destroyed a few lightning teams on its own^^ but both combinations are kind of screwed up against a heal + sandstorm team somehow, i played 2 matches each going 71 rounds again...

I just invested 15k in a crawling claw to start team 2 and would like to ask what you think of a spring rabbit with dodge and burrow instead of flayer youngling (I have a flayer in 5/15 but its to ugly^^)

Combine two runts with a fiendish imp - that has passive selfheal, strong attacks against mech and flying and a pet swap. In theory a fitting addition as 3rd pet to cover both weaknesses of the runts or, if you want to be mean, a warpstalker hatchling due to blinkstrike^^
