It took me like 6 weeks to get it on my Warlock while doing the ritual daily, so I would say it's fairly rare though my experience is anecdotic at best :p.

The ironic thing with this situation is that most pvper seem not to care at all about the pet while many pet collector are despairing over it and more so at the idea that there may be new pets at higher prestige levels.

I do wish they would do something other than just adding new pets (and new moths -_-) be it raising the level cap, adding breeding or who knows what suprirsing feature.
