I'm going with Old Man Winter. He would be an elemental type pet with a wizened old face and long skeletal fingers.

Attacks:

1. Winterize: it's a ticking DOT of elemental damage which also slows the target.

2. Breath of Cold Air: does elemental damage

3. Cold Touch: Stuns the target for 1 round.
