I have a Mottled drake Loot card that is unredeemed and can be traded in which ever way you are most comfortable. I also have a lvl 25 spectral tiger cub, tuskarr kite, and a droplet as of now that I am willing to trade in combination of other pets ranging from other tcg pets to most of the pandaria...

I don't believe they lose levels, but to learn them the person you're trading them to has to have atleast leveled a pet to level 25 other wise they will not be able to be learned. I hope this helps, if i missed anything feel free to correct me.
