Class wise, I'd pick something that can solo old content easily, like a DK or maybe a warlock. Silvermoon Alliance is pretty good (i transferred a 70 here for that reason) Great, before reading this I did create a level 90 Dwarf Lock on Silvermoon (Ally) now I only hope to find a pet friendly guild...
