Presumably the site is backed by a SQL server, dumping tables out to a csv is pretty trivial. However, it does require someone to do it and someone to pay for it (might be the person doing it, paying their own time).

One small enhancement if it's at all possible would be to allow exporting as a .csv file. That would make importing the pets I need into a spreadsheet easier than ever.
