I want so much stones that i could make this decission but i'm not doing pet collecting for a long time. In your option i would save them for WoD, because a lot of new pets will come out and you can have a lot of rares again.

I had a [pet]Darkmoon Cub[/pet] in one of the prize bags. I was so happy that i was able to afford two pets this DM Faire. I hope for some others tonight or tommorrow. Then another month of waiting before DM Faire comes back.

It also depends on the breeds you want, if you want a Flayer Youngling S/S and rare that would take ages to farm it. If you catch a S/S then I would juse stone it.
The breed makes me deciding if I stone it or not, also its lovely to hunt that 1 pet you need.

To help with time, you can park alts at tamers. I especially do the ones with bag rewards (winterspring, uldum, dead wind pass, argent tourney). I can usually get in, choose my team, and get out before I can even "revive pets." I use Emerald Proto Whelp (p/p) for lvling other pets a lot in addition...

I think people should find out what they want. I personally want uncommon or rares and mostly not looking for special breeds, only if some people strongly recommend a type of breed. Its probally the [pet]Emerald Proto-whelp[/pet] because he's so strong in battle and use it 90% of my battles.
