Re: Battle-Stones (lower drop rate with 6.0?)
I have only done a handful of tamers since 6.0 so its a very small sample and I couldn't tell you if the rate changed - but I did get a stone from one of those bags, so I do know that they still drop.

Re: Clock'em Clocking out?
As far as I know, the rewards are staying but progress is to be reset, so you'll have to earn them again. Anything you currently can purchase will remain available for purchase. Thats not true, the heirloom fist weapon is being removed. You are correct, although the reason for its removal has nothi...

Re: Humanoid/undead counters
My favorite pet these days is the Vengeful Porcupette (powerball/spirit spikes/flank) - it eats up undead and adders alike. However, its not really that great against Idols, unless I'm on a team with Wild Magic, otherwise flank is pretty weak with sandstorm up. Spikes can still cause them some hurt ...

Re: Blighthawk and Jademist Dancer, which breed is best?
I also prefer the S/S dancer because that speed can be useful. Obviously its slower than 325's, but outside of DAH's I don't see a ton of 325 pets in my meta at least, and I usually have a better option to face a DAH than the dancer anyway. I'd rather have the speed advantage over slower pets, as th...

I was hoping the restarts this morning would fix it, but still no go for me (US-Greymane).

Re: Battle Stone or pet treat
i looked in bank and i dont think ive ever seen a pet treat. i have stuff that makes em large, small, shiny or happy do they only drop off masters or are they a world drop? They drop from the Brawler's Pet Supplies bag, for completing the weekly pvp battles quest. You can also buy them from Master ...

Re: Unborn Val'kyr
Its tough. I don't believe there is a best spawn zone or time - its really just random. There's a good map of the best route to take for flying around to all the spawn points if you want to search that way. I have a DK alt on a low-pop RP-PVP server that I have used for getting a lot of the rarer pe...

Re: Help me PvP
Thanks for your write-ups Awq - very informative and its given me some ideas. OP - I see you have a vengeful porcupette, I'd level it up. Its really strong right now against several of the more popular pets. I've been using it a fair bit recently and I really enjoy it. Most commonly I've been using ...

Re: Account Daily for BoP level 25 grant.
I get the reasoning behind this. Its a pretty daunting task to look ahead (I only have 517 pets total, only half of those are rare, and only 137 of those are lvl 25). Its caused me to slow down and not do the tamer runs daily just to take a break. Its only 40 mins to run through all the tamers for m...

Re: Worth of the Crawling Claw?
I'd gladly pay 10k maaaaaaybe 15k for one. But the only one that ever pops up on my server is listed at 125k (can't believe that hasn't sold yet) so yeah. Hopefully that person will eventually realize that's crazy high, but even then it probably won't go low enough for me.

Re: Vanilla CE codes going cheap(ish) on ebay
Wow, grats to you all.
I only opened this thread because I was curious what "cheap(ish)" actually was and while I knew it was going to be more than I thought but man, that's crazy. And these normally go for 1600? That's just nuts.

Re: Questions, mostly regarding battle-stones and breeds.
Highly recommend the addon "Battle Pet BreedID" as shown on the Pet Addons page of this site. It tells you on mouse-over what breed your pet is, as well as the possible breeds available, and what their stats will be when rare and 25. Invaluable. :) Also, don't worry about stat loss from stoning - t...

Re: I know Im a poor looser, BUT this is ridiculous...
You do have a valid point about people getting used to winning and thus not wanting to switch to more creative teams. It is not easy to go from a 70% win rate to a 40% win rate, and human nature will probably dictate that at some point after that 8th loss people are going to say “screw it” and bring...

Re: tamer speed challenge (win 10k!)
A little disappointed as I was hoping to find a new comp or two that works better than what I currently use in order to cut down my daily tamer run, but alas I don't have Murkalot so I'm not going to be touching those times. I thought I had done Nishi in 9 rounds with a lucky pump crit killing the t...

Re: I know Im a poor looser, BUT this is ridiculous...
You make some very valid points. Losing is hard to do, especially at first. Still, if you come up through pet PvP on easy-street by using the OP pets, what have you really accomplished, other than hanging around? I guess a case could be made that you learned something, but you often learn more from...

I so appreciate these replys and thank you so much ...always a little help is good, I really do like this pet pvp´ing and really want to learn more. May I ask a question, do you play with the same team many times in a row or do you change teams often in between new battles? I usually change teams, ...

Re: Hey pet buyers ... what's your pet level buying preferen
My main server is US-Greymane, so low pop but recently merged with another server. I like to buy pets I'm missing when I can find them at a decent price (which generally means 1k or lower, I've made a couple exceptions but not many) as I am at least not yet enough of a collector to be that intereste...
