He is still available just got him yesterday. I bought a stimpack for $3.99, played beginner AI and played with my husband for 50% more experience when I could. It took me 5 days. It was a special kind of hell grinding out this pet.

Just saw Viscious Horror and Dragon Kite on my realm (Khadgar) for 15K. Although I was very tempted the same guy was selling 3 of each on the AH and I still wouldn't bite because I have an uneasy feeling about it.

Working on getting my entire collection to 25, over 500 now

I have also noticed Anub is much less effective in the dailies. I haven't subbed him out except for Aki which I use PP Guardling

There is an addon on Curse called Candybucket that made it so much easier to do this.

I did put in a suggestion for this with Blizzard, maybe if enough of us ask they will consider it.
