I soloed this with Blossoming Ancient. Skills used: Poisoned Branch, Photosynthesis and Sunlight. I had Lil' Ragnaros for backup, but I didn't even need him :) Just put Sunlight up and keep it up, then put Photosynthesis up and keep it up and keep using Poisoned Branch on cooldown. Perfect for level...

Is it against the EULA to buy these from ebay etc? Same with really rare pets that drop in raids etc?

Anyone who knows the exact spot he spawns at, or is it random across the whole area? Also how long respawn is?
