I really struggled on Sunwell with the corruption from the dragon with my level 91 alt as his gear was so crappy I couldn't kill him before the second phase and kept getting wiped by insta-death corruption fog. Once I bought a couple crafted 640 pieces though and a food buff all was well! Upgraded ...
