Speedy - a small fun fact: When I was leveling my Speedy I noticed a funny thing showing that Blizzard is consistent in some lore things. The only possible breed for Speedy is 5 (S/S) which means it has possible highest speed stat, despite turtles tend to have higher health stat. Speedy , indeed!
