When I try, it always reset after a third of the way.

You may also be having trouble if you're doing it in the alternate timeline -- the Vaultbot there can't be kited, because there's no magnet. You have to use the key there.

It feels limiting now, but in a few months, I think most of us are going to have bags full of charms and nothing to spend them on except extra pets to sell on the AH -- especially as we get WQs and mission boards going on alts. I know I'm currently madly checking the map around WQ reset times right ...

If you have an Alliance character, I highly recommend doing this on that one. I only have a Hordie at max level right now, and I certainly paid for it in repair bills. (You don't get very far running nekked through Boralus before you get squashed ^.^)

If anyone is interested in doing this on Alliance characters, I still need it. I have tried with guildies twice and our poor healer just can't stay alive (she is not as motivated by the pet as me lol) and it's getting frustrating. I am an experienced warlock with ilevel 903. For the past catch-up tomes, they used all of the scrolls you already had when you used them (so the "trick" of queueing research orders to get ahead wouldn't work). Not sure that's going to be the case this time, but that was the wording on the old tomes. Also worth nothing that you need to finish ...
