I received a response from GM Hesayend today after submitting a question about this. "... The parrot has been removed from the game and is no longer a reward for turning in the quest Be More Uniform." Looks like we have a bird whose goose is cooked!

It appears that I am having a similar problem, although I am just trying to register on the forum! I have found that without hearing back with regard to my registration request, I am unable to see lists of pets not to donate and such. I have filled out the registration form on the site which pops up...

Washing dishes? Hmmm... any trade that included washing dishes might have to involve a pumpkin chocolate chip cookie. Maybe even two - I don't come cheap!!
