Got my first duplicate today, Weebomination, on the only character I have currently with a Lvl 3 menagerie. No pets caged etc, so thinking the drop rate changes when you have them all or changed when they adjusted the lvl3 menagerie requirements perhaps

I've noticed that whereas the normal rares seem to be guaranteed drops, the rare elites seem to be roughly 20%...
