Here it is, but not on my realm leader boards... weird.

So I had the top rater thing for my profile and the new pets came out and now its gone. I go to check on it and it says
"You've rated 615 of 614 pets. You'll earn the Top Rater achievement by rating the other -1 minipets."

Um.. what?

Someone please help.
