We're aware of the import bug, and it's likely an issue on Blizzard's end. You can try this workaround here.

Thanks for the great feedback! I'll wait a few days to see if the problem is resolved, but that's a great workaround.

Is it just me, or is there a wider problem preventing refreshing pet collections since the patch?
