I think you can filter this by doing:

Collected Include
Collected (Level 25) Exclude
Collected (Duplicate) Exclude
Can Do Battle Include

It would be nice to just be able to get this in list form like the radio button for collected w/upgrade potential page gives you though, I can agree on that.
