(US Horde) Bloody Coin farming group

I (Nystanda) can be there. Braelanori is taking the boy scouts camping this weekend but if no one has any objections I will run his toon too. I know he also wants the pet.

The more we can get the better. More bodies to kill = faster pet farming. I normally bring my mom's toon along too

Hotfixed today:

"Players under the effects of the Censer of Eternal Agony no longer gain Blood Coins for defeating players in their party or raid."

Daaaaang. We will have to be creative about having anyone cross realm doing the killing I guess.

Would just need 2 groups then? A and B. People in A kill B, B kills A. Not sure if that solves the problem or if I misunderstood the situation this now causes.

Yup, would just have to have the killer outside the raid. If the killer is using a character that isn't natively on Madoran, a level 90 will have to form a second party to pull them over and won't be killable (by them, anyway). The more annoying part I'm seeing though, is that the killer will be unable to see the debuff timer as easily. We'll have to have a kill spot marked that you move to when your timer is up or something, as raid markers won't be visible to the killer either. It's not a big deal really, just a minor inconvenience, and something that seems like a needless change.

We can say "near this xyz". I have never done any Bloody Coins farming/collecting so I am not hip to the ways. How long does the debuff last?

I may not be able to join this Sat, still unsure. I can only really play wow when I'm home sick like this week, but really only when my daughter is at her Dads or if her Step Dad can keep her away and entertained so I can play (doesn't work too often)

Oh I have a question from a friend of mine that also has an Alt in MM-

Does the lvl90 need to be Horde?

I'm thinking this will work if he is Alliance, right? Especially since it's PVP. He can join the group but could kill and be killed. Thoughts?

Yup, we will need to have a designated spot. We normally do, more or less, have folks walk over to the killer when they're good to go. We also normally have quite a few folks that get the auto-rez mod (an awesomely useful mod for this) and go afk, so keeping track of them will not be so easy for the killer. We'll figure something out anyway

As for the alliance issue, so long as their level 90 alliance toon is on Madoran, it'd be perfectly fine. However, if they're on another server we'd have no way of CRZing them over.

Just a heads up, I may be late tonight. Just had a friend call needing someone to be there for her. If I am late, please feel free to form up and nominate someone to do the killing. Our normal place is on the hill up behind Garnia's lake. I'll try my best to be on time, but you know how it is eh?

I will try and be on tonight for this. I will be on Gaska in MM prior to start, and then will have to switch to my 90 main and be bnet invited on Hannabev.

i want to volunteer my 90 alliance to die. but she's on dethecus. I don't need the coins, I just want to be fodder for someone else. is there a way I could participate like that?

Unfortunately we can't cross realm invite alliance. The only way we'd be able to would be if someone else had a level 90 alliance on Madoran to crz you over, but I'm not aware of anyone, sorry
