I'm surprised for making this list you didn't actually look up where each of these came from, as some "ONLY" you can get via achievements.

Agreed with Escalus. Also, if someone has a Vanilla Collector's Edition code, they're no giving you it for in game pets; they're selling it for $20k on ebay. Some of the pets you've listed are also completely unobtainable right now or even were China or EU only, like Netherwhelp and the Tiny Dragons.
