That I can't answer for sure. If I found myself in that situation, I would probably scratch a less valuable card and try it. Your mileage may vary, of course.

I have traded for a few CE pets myself. The only way to trade for those requires trust. What I did was I told the people up front that I would not go first in the trade due to me having a good rep here for being trustworthy. So they could either accept that or no hard feelings and the trade wouldn't happen. With you being new here you probably wont beable to do that but you can always ask for references.

As far as how I did the actual trade was. I would ask them to open up their unopened copy of the CE and take a pic of the Key and email it to me. If they wanted I would open up a trade window and show them the pets I was trading to them first so they knew that I actually had the pets. Once I got the email I would log into Bnet and enter the Key. Once entered it would pop up with a dialog box saying "congrats you are now the proud owner of a collectors edition blah blah blah". I then would trade them the pets that I was offering, log out and back in and bam the CE pet was in the mail.

As for your second question I don't know the answer to it so sorry but I can't help with that one.

Hope that helps and good luck. :)

Next question then. When I origanlly heard about TCG loot i went out and ordered a box, unfortunatly it was a company that Blizzard no longer honored thier stuff. Are these items still able to be turned in/recieved if you have the appropreate loot card?

If you're talking the old Upper Deck cards - it's not Blizz that doesn't honor their stuff, it's the other way around :) You can't turn in UDE points for blizz loot (sigh... stuck with a lot of points as I was saving up for the suit...), but the loot cards are still applicable.
