I'm not exactly sure what I have. TCG card "Fortune Telling" unscratched. Before I scratch it, is it of any special worth at all or just another Blizz toy?

It's a toy. You click on it and it announces to anyone near you a random "yes/no/maybe" style answer like a magic eight ball.
