You don't have to lvlit to 80, the mount lvl is 20.

for USA residents - you can head to bluebird.com - it is AMEX company version of prepaid credit card - you put cash in via walmart cust srvc register and then you can use the card as a credit card online using w/e funds you put in. incredibly useful.

I definitely agree. There is nothing at all requiring a prepaid card be used for a virtual ticket, and plenty of ways to easily convert a prepaid card to actual cash. Let's just hope people don't give out their battle.net account information trying to get a virtual ticket, and that we don't see a trend of trading for prepaid cards.

Perhaps the politeness is preventing you from understanding the relevance. The trade you are proposing is very much against Blizzard's Terms of Service. Is that clear enough for you?
