bnet cards add a cash value to your battle.net account that can be used to buy blizzard store items (pets, games, time, faction changes, names changes ect.)Hearthstone card packs and arena and most likely starcraft/diablo stuff. You cannot use them on the blizzard gear site or at least not that I'm aware
