I see trades asking for "Warlords of Draenor" but the Blizzard store doesn't give you the option to gift that yet... so how is that handled? Thanks!

One of the main ways I see it done is the use of Battlenet Balance cards, which I think you can get at places like Best Buy

$20 battlenet gift cards from Best Buy is how folks are doing it right now.
