All shirts are on Bonechewer Horde, though from what I have read shirts will be added to the wardrobe, so if you have them on Bonechewer they will unlock across your account. Please let me know if this is wrong.

I can provide a wowhead link stating that shirts will in fact be added to the wardrobe, the forums wont let me post the link.
