BlizzCon 2013 cards are about $300 each. A WoW token ($20) is currently 47,650g. Unless you find someone willing to lose value on their trade, that means the absolute minimum value you should expect to pay is: 300 / 20 * 47,650 = ~714K.

Realistically, given the rarity and demand of a Murkalot you're much more likely to pay Sam's estimate of 1-1.5m. Speaking for myself, I charge 5K/$ for anything over $100 so my price would be 1.5m if I pay $300.
