I'm almost sure you can't. A guildie of mine had one unlearned and could not give it to me, and it's uncageable. That being said, if some how you can, I'm interested.

the only way i could see it being trade-able is if its in a guild bank like someone else had on here. if its on a toon as far as i know of they were all made soulbound. best of luck!
