How do you trade Flawless Specific stones

I see people up here with Flawless specific stones, Because they are soulbound how are they traded? Can you use them on someone else's pet? or do you have to trade the person the pet?

From what happened with a trade I did this was my experience. They asked me to first trade them the pets that they were upgrading with the stone. They upgraded them traded them back and I traded the pets to them. Not sure if you can use the stone on another persons pet thou. Hope this helps.

So basically if I want to upgrade a wild pet, I'm on my own.

yes, you are... u can only use someone's else stones on cageable pets.
