WTT lvl25 Spectral Cub for LvL1

For some reason i am not able to cast Levitate on my pet after i leveled him past 1. Not sure if this was a bug or what but i would like to be able to do so again

*raises eyebrow* I didn't know you could levitate any minipets. But why would the level of the pet matter?

Yea i'm not sure. I was able to levitate the Spectral tiger cub at level 1 but not the other cubs i have. Found out when i was fishing and he was in the water. He was levitating with me while fishing which was pretty amazing.
