Or one of the following:
Tiny Red Carp
Tiny Blue Carp
Tiny White Carp

To make the deal sweeter, I can even level Filthling to level 25. It only takes about 15 minutes with the pet battle dailies.
(Just a reminder you CAN'T open a level 25 pet cage unless you have levelled one up to 25 yourself.)
