The Filthling actually only has 2 magic-type moves.
The Darkmoon Eye has 6 magic-type moves, though for a poor-man's version, you should just go catch an Arcane Eye. It has 6 moves as well, and half of them line up with the Darkmoon Eye's moveset.
Another good choice is the Magic Lamp, which has 6 magic-type moves and a powerful, magic-based heal (Wish)
