They aren't cageable at this time and BoP, so someone would have to gift it to you via the blizzard store. (Not sure the steps involved in that, just FYI)

when you purchase it - blizz gives you the option to gift it to someone via their email

I've traded for codes for lots of various pets, from store pets (got a cinder kitten+soul of the aspects a few days ago via pet trades here), as well as a Grunty yesterday from Dragonwizard, in addition to BC CE, Cata CE, Murkablo, Deathy, etc, over the past few months.
