usually levelling a pet to 25 increases the value from around 1k-2500 depending. Using a stone on it usually is 500-1500 added on. Most people wouldn't pay over say 4k-5k for a level 25 rare feline familiar. I know I wouldn't look twice at it

In general, stones are worth about 1000g and leveling to 25 is worth about 1000g. These prices can vary wildly - find the right buyer and he may pay you 10k for stoning and leveling - but I don't think many will sell if you're expecting a 10k markup.
