But the Accept button is not clickable.. i cant figure out what to do please someone help me!

i only have goggle chrome and internet explorer neither of them worked

Make sure your email allows links to be clickable. I know my Gmail account is set to not allow it unless I specify that it is safe from that paticulare sender.
