i only have goggle chrome and internet explorer neither of them worked

Tried phone and nothing, Also i sent in the email to them about a hour ago any idea how long? and there is no number :(

Make sure your email allows links to be clickable. I know my Gmail account is set to not allow it unless I specify that it is safe from that paticulare sender.
