Paying 160k on Lightninghoof(Alliance). Will not transfer under any circumstances and will not go first unless I've traded with you previously.
I've managed to get all almost all the TCG/CE/Blizzcon from here and the official WoW forums. All I have left(other than the extremely rare Tyrael, etc) is Mini Thor, but I'd like to get Deathy first.
I see Deathy on ebay going for $75-$120 so my price is pretty firm.
