Doesn't even seem like a remotely close trade... Harmonious drops from easily farmed coins, whereas the Vengeful requires using the Censure.

you also need to be revered to even buy the pet. and that it self is a long grind

I'm going to agree and say it's not even close. Harmonious have been going for 2k on stormrage meanwhile vengeful are still 20-25k easy.
