no more wind rider cubs?

I noticed on the Pet Store, they completely removed the wind rider cub instead of just saying "out of stock". Does that mean there will be no more wind rider cubs at all?

I looked it up this morning and I posted the same thing earlier..and from what it seems..that may be the case. :(
