Can't gift a race change, so you'll either have to give your account info to someone (ToS?) or would be asking for money via paypal or whatever (ToS) to get the transaction completed.

Oh, hm. I was under the impression it could be gifted like WoW game time or a blizzard store pet or whatever. If it's against the ToS, this can be deleted.
