What is the going rate for an unscratched Blizzcon loot card?

They seem to go for about $60 on ebay at the moment so I would guess about 60k. I think people use the rate of $1 per 1k of gold. The price on those seems to be rising. They are actually worth what you want to trade it for though. I was offered a gooey for one - I declined.

If you notice someone has a spectral tiger cub at 25 lvl offered for a Murkalot in another current post. And in looking over the Ebay prices, if you get it for 60 count yourself lucky.
