Heads up for those with tcg loot codes that are being redeemed on previously low pop servers that have recently merged. While the promotional web page for web redemption works fine, landros does not. It will give you the error "cannot authenticate code".

So your not going crazy and will have to either open up a ticket or just wait till they fix this problem OR redeem on a high pop, although i have not tried this.

I have a ticket in on this since Dec 25th ...I'm on a medium pop realm and my response after 5 days waiting is that it will be a few weeks until they can get it fixed.

Not impressed to be honest

I think the problem is with realms that have been Connected and not merged realms. I'm on Malorne and that was connected semi recently and I had a problem with redeeming a TCG code (still bugged for me).

3Rd time ticket opened, you have to provide them with codes from card. Pretty peeved at situation.

My responses were once they have the codes they were "working to get new ones" and that in another week or so from today,they will open a ticket for me and it will have the new working codes in it. Bummed that i essentially "froze" 2 valuable items, the 2nd one unnecessarily since I popped the second code thinking i had lost my mind and already redeemed the first. Just hoping the trade I was doing will still be available by the time this gets cleared up >.>

yes, realms that were recently connected and or server merged, particularly ones that were previously low pop. The issue i'm guessing is related to the games phasing/crz, so bigger servers that took over smaller servers, the smaller server essentially gets absorbed into the larger one, so when the system goes to interpret the code you've redeemed on the low pop server, it thinks your trying to redeem it on the higher pop one you've merged with, basically putting the codes are in a limbo where you cant un-redeem them for a different server but cant redeem them on the one you've chosen.
