Aren't the stones soulbound and thus untradable?

A player wishing to receive the stones Ezystreet has for trading can make a level one on his/her server and trade him/her the pet that he/she needs upgrading, then Ezystreet would use the stone on it and trade it back, obviously this will only work on cageable pets. This would only need to be done with the pet family specific (Aquatic etc) stones as they are the BoP ones, the Marked Flawless Battle-Stone is BoE and can be just traded across.
