3 new trainers discovered so far, all on the Broken Shore (new-ish zone in 7.2).

• [url=http://ptr.wowhead.com/npc=117934/sissix]Sissix[/url] (discovered by @Mononic1) - located next to the eastern-most flightpath (Aalgens Point)

• [url=http://ptr.wowhead.com/npc=117951/nameless-mystic]Nameless Mystic[/url] (discovered by @perculia) - located on the hill above Drak'thul's area, south-west of Deliverance Point flightpath

• [url=http://ptr.wowhead.com/npc=117950/madam-viciosa]Madam Viciosa[/url] (discovered by @Mononic1) - located in a cave near the northern-most flightpath (Dreadstalker Point)

Interacting with them just brings up dialogue and does not begin a Pet Battle at this time.

Update from today's PTR patch:
Complete the intro scenario for Broken Shore in 7.2, and unlock new Broken Shore WQs. These WQs include the 3 new trainers.

Sissix - 'Illidari Masters: Sissix'

  Tia Mia and Larry (1657 hp, 311 p, 280 s)
  Rock Lobster (1657 hp, 311 p, 280 s)

Nameless Mystic - 'Illidari Masters: Nameless Mystic'

• 3 lvl 25 epic pets:
  Fido (1614 hp, 303 p, 294 s)
  Seer's Eye (1500 hp, 350 p, 280 s)
  Flickering Fel (1745 hp, 311 p, 262 s)

Madam Viciosa - 'Illidari Masters: Madam Viciosa'

• 3 lvl 25 epic pets:
  Imply (1456 hp, 280 p, 359 s)
  Rover (1570 hp, 311 p, 294 s)
  Seduction (1587 hp, 297 p, 297 s)

I wonder if they add them to FF or this achievement is set in stone. I mean, the current encounter pool indicates that the achie involves all WQs with tamers.

(And the similar thing about Battle on the Broken Isles.)

In my opinion, its great update
