Tracking opponent cooldowns

How do you expert PvPers track your opponent cooldowns? Is there an add-on for that perhaps?

I notice Discodoggy has been praising Derangement's Pet Battle Cooldowns recently. You have just reminded me to download it!

Thank you! I'm finding out that every PvP win is precious and when you're going against the best you need the best info, so I will try these out.
