LEvel to 19 then drop from leveling que

I'm not sure how to make rematch level to a certain number then stop leveling it and move to the next in queue. I'm not sure what setting or if that's even an option.

you right click on the team in the teams tab and select the option for editing team options. In that you can set a max level (like 19 in your case). You can set min/max level and min/max health
